WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CONVENTIONAL AND FULL SYNTHETIC OIL?In most cases, synthetic oil has better extreme high temperature and low temperature performance. Synthetic oils are generally formulated with higher performing additives. A full synthetic oil change can give you up to 3,000 miles more, saving you time and money.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY OIL REVO SERVICE?Our technicians will come back to your front door with an iPad and handheld POS system for you to pay by credit card. We also accept Cash but do not carry change and can take a check payment.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD OIL CHANGE SERVICE?Our Oil Revo oil change includes removing, replacing and recycling the vehicles recommended oil, replacement of filter with a new one and a multi point inspection of your vehicle.

WHERE SHOULD THE VEHICLE BE PARKED FOR THE OIL CHANGE?The best place for an oil change is on a non sloped street in front of your home. If you are unsure, you can always reach out or speak to the technician upon arrival.

HOW DO I CONTACT THE CALIFORNIA STATE, BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR (BAR)?THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS REGISTERED WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR ACT OF 1971, A CUSTOMER IS ENTITLED TO: 1)A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR WORK 2)A DETAILED INVOICE OF WORK DONE AND PARTS SUPPLIED 3)RETURN OF REPLACED PARTS, IF REQUESTED AT THE TIME A WORK ORDER IS PLACED.
